STARS: a unique program for
gymnastics students that
helps them master skills
step by step

Children track their individual progress through a series of 5 color levels. Kids successfully completing the STAR Program will be well prepared to move on to a competitive gymnastic team.

Guard´s program is easy to follow and allows children to reflect on their accomplishments and celebrate how far they´ve progressed. Gymnastics rewards hard work and commitment, and the thrill in a child´s eye when they master a new skill is priceless!

Every success – no matter how small – is celebrated and kept in your child´s personal STAR Book. Each milestone is rewarded with a rubber wrist band corresponding to their color level. All of our students are proud of those bands, and we´re excited to offer this exclusive program!
