Our goal is to provide interesting classes to keep kids physically active while they are having fun. From seasonal classes such as Kidz Yoga, Kidz Kick Boxing, Cheer Basics, Advanced Sports Conditioning, Kidz Step Aerobics and Kidz Cardio to Tumbling, Pre-school Gymnastics and Boys and Girls Gymnastics, we have something for everyone.

Why Gymnastics?

It´s the best sport to develop a well-rounded child. Most kids are drawn to gymnastics for the sheer fun of being able to bounce and swing around the gym, but you as a parent will see positive and meaningful changes in their self-esteem and physical well-being.

Seasonal Class: Kidz Kick Boxing

Kids kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This intense, total-body workout can improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Students will feel an enhanced level of confidence and awareness from learning self-defense techniques. Classes focus on kicking, punching and calisthenics while toning the thighs, buttocks and abs.

Ages 5 – 12.
